Students will look at 
two Paired Passages
on James Earl Jones
and a student who
struggles with
stuttering. They will
write an informational
piece addressing 2 ways
both people faced adversity due to their stutter. 

We will end WWI this week. Students will focus on the Treaty of Versailles
and the punishment of Germany in spite of US President Wilson
working towards peace
using his 14 Points. 

Continuing with the Essential Standard of RI2 ( Multiple Main Ideas), students will find key details that support their main ideas. We will be pulling from the Becoming Darth Vader text as well as looking at primary sources from WWI.
